Interview
The interview process took about 2 weeks, involved one homework assignment based on frontend/backend role, one system design interview based on frontend/backend, one frontend/backend coding interview, and one behavioral & values interview. with an EM.
Overall the process was very weird, it seemed like the interviewers and the recruiter didn't know what they were looking for. The offer was very shady, the numbers given to me varied every time I spoke to them. The ISOs had no transparency, they were unwilling to share numbers that would help me understand their compensation structure. They kept telling me to value the shares at X price even with a Y strike price instead of (X-Y) * # of ISOs. The recruiters were extremely unresponsive, didn't call me when they said they would, and communicated extremely poorly.
I'm sorry, too shady for me. This wasn't a positive experience at all. Be extremely careful.
