HR found resume on University resume website. Sent an e-mail inquiring if I had interest. Scheduled in-person interview for following week. Interviewed with colleague and HR intern. Basic questions regarding resume and past experience. Much more interested in my past work than school.

Talked with Engineering Manager and HR person. Very friendly. Talked about changes that were made due to COVID-19. Also asked about strengths and weaknesses. Overall it was a pleasant interview. I did not receive an offer

Interview
I had a 10-minute phone interview with a member of HR. The interview was a lot of behavior questions in which the STAR method was supposed to be used. The Hiring manager than contacted me a day later and offered me the position.
