I had a screening phone call, followed by an inperson interview about a week later. There was a case study, and then some general stat based questions. I was told I’d hear early the following week but I didn’t. I emailed to check and then was given a teams call with a few extra questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fedcap Employment (Reading, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
Online , recording yourself answering questions. I think you only got to do one take though. It would have been good to be able to re record as it took some time to figure out the process.
The interview process was fairly quick and thorough. I initially had an informal conversation, followed by a scheduled interview. Both interviewers were professional. They gave me a case study to review and discussed my points, after which the interview mostly consisted of STAR-based questions. I felt confident in my responses, but apparently, they didn’t meet their "standards." I was never contacted with an outcome, and after two weeks, I had to follow up to request feedback. The feedback came via a call, not in writing, and it was somewhat ironic because I still couldn’t pinpoint where I fell short. The interviewer struggled to provide specific advice on how I could improve.
