Interview
A very straightforward interview process. Mostly questions about my history, long and short term goals etc. Much of the interview was spent explaining the corporate values, job duties and vision of the firm. It was not a high stress interview but it was very long. I felt like it was more of a conversation to get to know me than a traditional interview.

Interview
Applied online on a job search website. Was called in for a face to face interview. The interview was very relaxed. I didn't have an insurance license so unless I wanted to go to school and obtain my state license, I wasn't a good fit.

Do you have a current insurance license? Since I didn't and they had not had good luck in training associates and them getting license while working, I knew I was not a good fit.
