Very Intense. Although this is a very thorough interview process and time consuming, it is well structured and makes sure the candidate is a right fit for Federated. This process allows the hiring manager to get a great understanding of the candidates character and allows the candidates to shadow reps in the field to see what a day in the life of a Marketing representative is like.

Great company and great interview. They have everything planned out and they do not skip any steps in the interview process. They were all very nice and professional and I would recommend this company.

Lengthy conversations about life style, upbringing, work ethic, leadership and competitiveness. I am still currently going through the interview process but this has been the basis of most of the questioning so far. They were very open about everything so far and gave me plenty of time to ask questions myself.

Long process that is very in-depth. Will want to meet spouse or parents. 6 month process that is 4-5 interviews. They will want to know multiple references and they will want you to get licensed before hire.
