The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fever in April 2018.
Interview
I received a LinkedIn message from the CEO of the company saying that I'd be a great fit for the Editor-in-Chief position that was opening up for their new Los Angeles publication. The company sounded like a great fit for me, so I was eager to hear more, and when I spoke with them on our first (of 8 or 10) call, the call went great and I asked what the pay range would be like. Being a Spanish company, they said they had a flexible budget but weren't sure exactly how much to allocate to this position. They asked me how much I wanted, and I told them upfront. They told me the amount I was asking for seemed reasonable then led me through a very long and unpaid process consisting of several interviews with different people, sample articles, and most surprising to me, a 1.5-hour long aptitude test (math, verbal, patterns) reminiscent of SAT or GRE exams. The kicker is that I passed these all with flying colors, got the job, and when it came time for them to give me the offer ... it was 30% lower than what I told them I was comfortable with. When I told them I felt like I'd been misled, they offered to pay for the time I spent on the test. I invoiced them over 6 weeks ago and still haven't received anything or heard back.

Interview
Following application I heard back from General Manager about 3 days later to schedule the phone screening interview. The call itself lasted about 40 minutes, most of it was fairly run of the mill, going over my background and experience. The next step is a 90 minute online assessment. I chose not to move forward due to the low salary range, but from there I would have gone in person and met with some members of the sales team, then pitched the brand to the sales team, as a mock presentation and lastly, I would have had a meeting with the sales director.

Interview
After applying online, I had a phone interview with General Manager. I then had to take a 90 minute logical, mathematical, and verbal assessment. I found it odd as it doesn't relate to the role at all, but if it meant moving forward, I did it. After achieving the test scores they thought were ideal, I moved onto a google hangouts interview with the head of the department over in Spain. It was nearly a two hour interview! First half was describing the company and it's role which was helpful, then a few questions about myself (at this point we were at about an 1 hour?), and then she said "we can now being our interview" - I was floored. She asked me multiple situational questions and asked me to take 2-5 minutes to think of my responses before answering. After about two hours, our interview ended, and I received a follow up email to meet with the GM in person the following week. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the GM and in person interview, he was easy going, and it was probably the most normal part of this entire interview process. At week 4, I received an offer nearly 30k lower than my asking, I attempted to negotiate as I thought this was an awesome opportunity that I could not pass up, but they were not budging. I declined the offer, but they then tried to reach out to "negotiate" again.. Which wasn't negotiating at all because it was really just them trying to convince me of why their offer made sense. After 2-3 follow up emails on my end, I haven't heard anything back in 2 weeks. Such a bummer that they are being extremely unprofessional after such a bizarre interview process. Hate that I'm even leaving this - but it had to be done as I hope they pull it together!

Interview
Phone interview, without advice, I guess that was only to check if my English level was good enough. Very basic questions about them, what they do and why I chose to apply.

They send you two coding tests to do them in one day. In the following days, you'll have a Skype interview where they review your code and ask some questions about your experience and skills.
They use Django and so the coding test must be done in it.
I didn't get and offer nor any feedback.

Given a coding challenge with a series of requirements to complete in 2 hours time. It wasn't a difficult challenge but you don't have much time to lookup things, you need to know your stuff. A few days after sending it, they review it and give feedback.
Great interviewing experience.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fever (Madrid (Spain)) in October 2017.
Interview
It was a lengthy process. I was contacted by a recruitment agency for the first interview. Then I was asked to design 3 screens for a food journal app in a limited amount of time. From what I could see it feels this is a company where you will work after-hours.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional. They asked me to complete a project that took me around 20 hours to complete. They asked me to deliver it within 48 hours sharp, got back to me three days after saying they'll review it ASAP and then they never replied back. If you ask people to waste two days of their life to work for you, please have at least the integrity to send an email back. It takes 15 seconds.
