I have been working at Fever full-time

    Pros

Work environment is pleasant. Management is supportive and hands-on, open-door policy. Good team spirit.

    Cons

Could use a bit more office space.

I have been working at Fever full-time

    Pros

The product is genuinely great as you get paid while making money for partners you onboard.

    Cons

This is a tech company with labour operations in Spain. They think they are ahead of the silicon valley curve, but basic operations struggle to properly organise and firewalls between cities lead to wasted resources and wasted revenue opportunities.

    I worked at Fever full-time

    Pros

    Fast paced, great learning experience

    Cons

Poor management, poor communication, compensation is way too low and you can get what you want elsewhere, do not work here

    Pros

Great office environment, most people are friendly.

    Cons

Poor salary, hard to move up in the company, little room to grow creatively, totally machista and men get paid more than women.

    Advice to Management

Encourage employees to stay beyond just throwing parties. Let them want to grow and learn.

    Pros

Fast paced working environment. Great group of people to work with. Everyone worked hard and for the most part had positive energy, even though the company was going through a lot of changes.

    Cons

Company dynamic changed a few months into my job and led to high turnover and low morale. No management structure. Managing an office from overseas does not work.

    Advice to Management

Hire the right people and trust the people you hire. Show more respect towards your employees and encourage them. Allocate budgets towards hiring people full time and experiences to grow the brand/product.

I have been working at Fever full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

*some* of the people I worked with were great ( before they quit because the company is so terrible)

    Cons

unfair pay, absurdly long hours, no respect, false promises, no benefits, borderline minimum wage, no senior manager, no structure, no positive reinforcement, nothing

    Advice to Management

fire yourselves and hire people who know what they are doing

I worked at Fever full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Exposure to some of the best events and venues around
    Great team atmosphere
Opportunity to immortalise yourself on video as part of the Secret Media Network.
Encouraged to make the role your own and chase what interests you.
Excellent opportunity to get a great wage after commission

    Cons

Sometimes chaotic in overall company management
Private investors have forced CEO to make decisions that may not be in favour of the company.
Some in-house marketing tools do not work as efficiently & effectively as they should do.
CEO vision is often different to reality of what the business actually does

    Advice to Management

Focus on other marketing tools rather than just facebook to market the events on the app.
Recognise the successes of each sales person, when applicable.
Encourage more staff days out / nights out to build stronger team mentality.

I have been working at Fever full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Amazing people working here, the team is very young and active.

They have great remote working policies, but only for the engineering team, not every team enjoy the same benefits.

    Cons

Very high rotation, it's very uncommon to see people stay for more than 1 year.

The CEO prefers to be surrounded with people who are loyal to him instead people who know how to do their job (this includes himself, because he need to be advised all the time by an advisor).

The CTO doesn't do anything for the team. All the chain of command is passed from the CEO directly to the team leads.

    The salaries are low.
