Pathetic interview process like everyone has mentioned. They are the best at wasting your time. They scheduled a Skype interview for me and about 30 minutes after the time the interview was supposed to start, they call me up and mention something about "technical difficulties" in calling me over Skype and ask me to wait for some more time. And so I did. I get another call 20 minutes after the first call and they "couldn't overcome the problem" so they asked me to reschedule the interview. I sent them an email regarding the time of the next interview but they still haven't gotten back to me. So frustrating. I thought an interview was a two-way street. How would an employer feel if a candidate showed up late for an interview? Not so good right? High time these guys get their act together.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fidessa (New York, NY)
Interview
Interviewed with three groups of people and had to take a written test. Written test wasn't difficult if you know general technical details. They relied a lot on personality and how you would fit in with a team, and would teach you later about the proprietary information.
