I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fierce
Interview
After an atypical phone screening and interview, I was ghosted. For a company to pride itself in communication, there’s very little communication or feedback if any after a position they were urgent to hire.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Fierce in Sep 2024
Interview
I went through an initial phone interview that was very basic. Asked about my experience, asked if I was okay with the amount of travel (up to 80%), and what I knew about the company.
I made it to the second round to have a "conversation" with the team manager. Mostly just asked about my preferences on work culture, management style, and the like. He wanted me to ask most of the questions which I was prepared for. The interview felt great to me and the manager implied that I would hear back shortly for the next round. He even specifically mentioned that no matter what the result of the interview, he would personally follow up to give feedback, which I thought was really cool.
I followed up multiple times after a week, 2 weeks, and 3 weeks without a SINGLE RESPONSE. No response from the manager, no response from the recruiter. NOTHING. What a joke. Fierce Conversations? Yeah right.
Don't bother with them. You'll never hear back no matter what BS they tell you.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to have a "Fierce Conversation" with a client or someone you work with.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fierce (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2018
Interview
I got connected through a recruiter, so they had already done a bit of the vetting process. When I went in for my first interview, it was a panel interview with about 7 employees. A bit overwhelming, but they were all so warm and friendly. I then went on to do some skill testing.
