Applied on company site. Got a call from HR and started the interview process. Straight forward, nothing out of the ordinary. It was smooth and friendly, interviewed by the director, vp and waited a couple of weeks to hear back.

Interview
I applied for the position and didn't hear back from FierceMarkets for about 3 weeks. When I finally heard back I recieved an email requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was about 2 days after the initial email from them. The phone interview lasted about 40 minutes and was mostly conversational. The day after the phone interview I recieved another email asking me to come in for an in-person interview two days later. I came in for the interview which lasted 3 hours. During the 3 hour time I interviewed with three people. One of those people asked a lot of normal interview questions, "where do you see yourself in 5 years?", "why did you leave your previous job?", "what sort of management style do you respond best to?", etc. The other two interviews were very conversational again. The day after the in-person interview I was offered the position.

Interview
It was a fast and, largely, efficient experience. I was contacted less than a week after applying to the job via LinkedIn. Round #1 was a phone interview with a director she was a little late and we had to do some rescheduling, but it was definitely worth it. The interview was a mix of conversation, questions, and explanations. I was then asked to do a follow up in-person meeting on that phone call. I interviewed with my direct supervisor for about 35mins, then another team member on a similar team interviewed me as well. Again, it was a great mix of conversation, questions, and explanations about company culture, the role, and the company as a whole. Though some of the questions were a bit tough, I felt confident. My in person interview was on a Monday and I was offered the job by Wednesday! Overall, great process and a fun, yet intensive, interview.
