Filevine Jr. Graphic Designer interview questions

The interview went well, the HR was very nice, we had a lovely conversation in which I was told to expect a feedback by the end of the week. I followed up twice (that week and the next week), but was completely ghosted. Got my rejection letter only after reaching out to one of the recruitment team members on linkedin. The rejection letter took them 18 minutes after the start of the working day.
