First Community Credit Union interview questions

I started with an initial screening conversation where the focus was on my background, experience, and overall fit for the Business Analyst role. After that, I had a discussion with Todd, where we went deeper into my project experience, especially around system workflows, data validation, and how I work with developers. That conversation was more focused on understanding how I approach problems from a systems and data perspective. Now this round feels more like a deeper discussion around both business analysis and data/BI aspects, along with overall fit for the team. Overall, I’ve found the process to be very focused on real-world experience and how I think through problems, which I really appreciate.
