I interviewed at First Community Credit Union (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
I started with an initial screening conversation where the focus was on my background, experience, and overall fit for the Business Analyst role.
After that, I had a discussion with Todd, where we went deeper into my project experience, especially around system workflows, data validation, and how I work with developers. That conversation was more focused on understanding how I approach problems from a systems and data perspective.
Now this round feels more like a deeper discussion around both business analysis and data/BI aspects, along with overall fit for the team.
Overall, I’ve found the process to be very focused on real-world experience and how I think through problems, which I really appreciate.

interview was scripted. nothing out of the ordinary. the interview requires you to take a math test. Make sure your dresses well. the hiring staff is very particular about fashion. also, be aware of what is going on around you while you wait for your interview. the other staff will notice you and relay messages.
