Interviews for Top Jobs at First Fidelity Bank

Anonymous Employee in Oklahoma City, OK
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at First Fidelity Bank (Oklahoma City, OK)
The interview process was very unprofessional. The man that interviewed me cussed and cut up the whole time. He mentioned that they often play games because the foot traffic here is very minimal. He did not seem interested in how I would perform as an employee but how I would fit in with the current vibe.
- If I like to because "they don't do much here."

I first was interviewed over the phone with the Human Resources department. They asked questions like "What kind of experience have you had with cash?" and "name a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer". After about 10 minutes talking with her, she said I would hear back. The next afternoon I received a call from a man at corporate asking when I would be able to stop by the branch for an interview. I interviewed with the branch manager and assistant manager, where they asked similar questions. They had heard my response to HR about the difficult customer; I guess it was pretty funny/true. The following day I was called by the same man previously and offered the job. It took about a week to get the phone interview and the rest happened in about 4 days.
- Name a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer?
- Are you in school?
- What kind of experience with cash do you have? What amounts?

Anonymous Employee in Bethany, OK
I applied in-person. I interviewed at First Fidelity Bank (Bethany, OK) in Sep 2015
I had a phone interview first basically about experience and a few sales situation questions. The in person interview was basically the same. The branch and assistant manager were both present. Nothing out of the ordinary when being questioned.
- How do you build rapport with co-workers.

Basic process. Had phone interview, interview with hr, and also interview with branch manager. Asked all the basic questions. Everyone was nice. Didn't think 3 interviews were necessary for a teller job.
- Why do you want to work for us

Brief phone interview then one in person interview at office where you will be working. I interviewed with the office manager and assistant office manager. The interview was maybe 30 min long and pretty causal.
- Honestly, nothing outside of the ordinary generic interview question. Whats your availability? Tell me about a time something went wrong at work and how did you fix it? Pretty short, very casual
