The bank had its biggest profit in 2020 however the company did not reward the employees to reflect this achievement of success. The cost of benefits is too expensive.

Apr 2, 2021 - Loan Operations in Oklahoma City, OKRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Able to move up/around in the company if you have a good relationship with management. Air conditioning. Christmas trees are nice.
Cons
Toxicity at its finest. HR has a reputation that you can’t go to them. Gossip and unprofessional management run a muck. Emotional and mental abuse is tolerated. Back office has a reputation for their lack of empathy. Your chances of a good manager is on the front line. You don’t know just how toxic it is until you go elsewhere. Pay between genders lacking. Policy inconsistency between branches. Lack of communication on all ends. There is no “team” effort as a whole. Every branch/region for themselves.
