I originally liked that the President is a Christian but since his son is taking over the company is going down hill.

The bank had its biggest profit in 2020 however the company did not reward the employees to reflect this achievement of success. The cost of benefits is too expensive.

Policy inconsistency between branches. Lack of communication on all ends. There is no “team” effort as a whole. Every branch/region for themselves.
