I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at First Republic (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
First we had a phone screening, it took about an hour and a half with a few different people. It was pretty easy mostly behavioral type of questions that I expected. The next question jumped to being right in the office. This was a bit more serious of an interview where we went through a lot more finance type questions that I learned in school. I would definitely recommend reviewing before you interview.

Interview
There was an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then two separate interview blocks where I spoke to 4+ employees from across the department. It was a holistic approach that helped build a foundation with folks from sales to management which I then fostered once I was offered the position.
