I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FirstService Residential (Miami, FL) in Oct 2013
Interview
Internally, I supplied my resume to my supervisor. Her supervisor contacted me requesting an in person meeting. This meeting served as a coaching session. We altered my resume together and exchanged ideas while performing a mock interview ahead of the formal interview onsite with the selecting committee. This was one of the best learning tools I was afforded. When I went in for my interview, there was a panel who screened me. I was informed that I was selected the next day and began training immediately.

Took over a month to get a response from initially applying. After initial response, the next steps went fairly quick. The position is still open but never had the recruiter close the loop.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FirstService Residential (Murrieta, CA) in Sep 2025
Interview
First quick phone interview, followed by a second in-person interview with the Manager at their office. Quick 20-minute interview. Not many questions about my knowledge in the Community Manager role. I have PM experience, not CM. Interview seem like it went well.
I applied online. I interviewed at FirstService Residential (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
The interview process was straight forward and informative. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. The in person interview was with a different person and that person was more aggressive which I was not a fan of.
