the interview process is a couple rounds long, not very very difficult. I met with seven people, mostly partners. It was about 30 minutes long and the second was two hours

They asked questions regarding what you bring yo the table and why their firm.
First round was internal recruiter interview, second round was interview with managing partner, and the final round was panel interview with 4-5 attorneys, including partners and associates. Asked about prior litigation experience, including trial preparation, client management, and billables.

Phone interview about background and experience. Second interview is one on one with the partner that heads the particular practice. The interview took two hours. The partner may ask about your knowledge, current practice, etc. The third interview lasted about half a day. It involves meeting multiple attorneys (partners and associates). Depending on the time, there may be a lunch interview.
