The interview was at a Starbucks, but it was professional and insightful. The interviewer asked about my past experience teaching cheerleading, and about my ability to communicate with children. I brought my old binder of cheers/stunts/routines, which she thought was great. She also suggested some additions to my curriculum, which were immensely helpful! She let me know via email same day that I was hired for the position. I had to take a class at Saddleback to be certified, but she attended the class with me to share materials with me (poms, speaker, DVD of routines, etc).
