very friendly and very down to earth and really made me want to go work for this company, made me fill like he would give me the shirt off his back if i would come to work and give it all i had. he explained that this company was just starting out and i would be able to advance in this company very rapidly , that he was looking for good honest hard working people that he didnt have to have his eye on them all the time
