The process started with a 20-minute phone conversation with a recruiter, where we discussed my experience and background. This was followed by a 2-hour face-to-face or video technical interview.
The technical interview was quite challenging. Partway through, the interviewer informed me that I wasn’t the right fit for the role. Initially, I was surprised to receive this feedback during the interview itself. However, I ultimately appreciated their transparency, as it gave me a real opportunity to understand where I fell short and gain valuable feedback in real time.
