      Associate Account Executive Interview

      Jun 4, 2014
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fivestars (San Francisco, CA) in May 2014

      Interview

I applied online and I was contacted for a phone screen within a few days. At the end of the phone screen, I was scheduled for a 45-minute phone interview with the Director of Sales, which included a role-play sales call. I was contacted the following day to schedule a final on-site interview, which lasted about 2 hours. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely helpful and friendly, and the turn-around time was exceptional. I really enjoyed my time on-site, and they really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. My one critique of the process is that the phone reception during my phone interviews was poor and I had trouble understanding some of the questions.

      Question 1

During the initial phone screen: Choose a consumer product and sell it to me in 3-5 minutes

      Associate Account Executive Interview

      Jul 15, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Fivestars (Denver, CO) in Mar 2015

      Interview

An initial phone screening with the internal hiring manager, after that another phone interview with the sales director. This is the hardest part, you will have to do a sales pitch on the phone selling FiveStars. If you pass that, they will bring you in for an in house interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Can you sell FiveStars on the phone?
