The process: Applied - Recruiter call - Hiring Manager call - Onsite interviews (5) - Offer By the time I interviewed at Fleetsmith I had been through dozens of others and none compared to what I found at Fleetsmith. Very seamless process, the recruiter was very conscious of my timeline and between applying and being hired it was only a two-week process. Interview: I enjoyed being able to meet different teams and the way they structured the onsite interview to be mostly situational questions.
