FlexLink Robotics Machine Learning Engineer interview questions

I applied for the Robotics Machine Learning Engineer for the upcoming robotics lab in Bologna. First interview with HR, mostly a describe yourself, positive experience. The second interview was more technical, with the technical team leader. Even though the position only required a Python proficiency, I was mostly asked about C++ and CMake stuff. The only question about ML was to explain the difference between regression and classification, I mean okay. I guess they don't really need a ML engineer.
