I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Flexport in Feb 2017
Interview
The worst interview experience I have ever had in my life. First of all, the recruiter lacks empathy and human skills to communicate effectively with candidates. The recruiter and the hiring manager seemed very condescending and lack of professionalism in interviewing candidates. Personally, I would not even want to work for this company after hearing some of the complaints that their Ops Associates have against work life balance and the leadership.
