First step was a mobile screening with an HR person. Next I talked with several managers on different teams across the country after doing an exercise related to customs document entry. The whole interview process was about 4 hours in total.

The interview process included me first interviewing with the HR person, then the Customs team lead, then someone on the Customs Team, then the HR person again. Everyone was incredibly nice, they all put me at ease. The interview felt like a nice conversation about the company and my skills. The only negative part of the interview process was getting ghosted after going through 4 one hour interviews. The lack of direct feedback was unprofessional.
