Contractor through Execusource. 1 interview and offer came right after. Flexport treats contractors better than most companies. Great start for an early Supply chain/Logistics professional. Applied through Execusource out of Atlanta, Georgia back in April of 2020

What experience do you have in logistics? How many words per minute can you type? Describe how you would handle a difficult situation with an coworker or client?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flexport (Fairburn, GA)
Interview
A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. We spoke for about 10 mins. Next week my profile was approved for the interview process! Both interviews are behavioral based with 2-3 analytical questions. Total of 9 questions for both interviews. Interviewers were energetic! And relatively young in their careers at Flexport. Recruiter reached out at the end of the week with an offer!
