Had an on-site interview in Montreal in 2019. The receptionist was very kind, spent one hour to do the interview with the hiring manager. The interview process was not difficult, and the coding test was also easy. However, not received a response after the interview, so I followed up. Unfortunately, not a single reply. In the following months, LinkedIn keeps popping up the job opening that I applied for, the content is exactly the same but they continuously reposted it. It's not a very senor position, can't believe no one among the candidates can fit it as each time LinkedIn shows tens of people applying for it. It seems that they use job posting as an ad, or a push to their existing employees. They didn't intend to hire someone, what a joke.
