Flipdaddy's interview questions

The interview is very informal and consists of very few questions about behaviors or tell me a time. There is not a lot of structure in format of the interview. That is you will not see a consistent interview questionnaire, but rather a focus on questions from the perspective of whom ever is giving the interview.
