Interview
The entire process was divided into two parts: 1: Deck(presentation) round in which candidates have to send a ppt on an original idea. Selection ratio was 1:6 in this round.
2: Interview round consisted of 3 interviews. First was a problem solving round, second a technical round and third a product design round.

Question 1
Problem solving round: (Guesstimate) What's the total number of footballs across all BTech colleges in India?
Very unstructured. Grilling. No generic questions apart from intro and why PM. Requires product sense and on the feet thinking. 2 rounds scheduled. Post which HR round may or may not happen.

Interview
For the first round, a prompt was released and we were supposed to submit a six pager deck on that. The shortlisting was done solely on the basis of deck submission. The shortlisted candidates were assigned buddies which helped them prepare for further interview rounds. The interview round consisted of guesstimates, root cause analysis and HR questions.

The first round is a product case along with a guesstimate and the duration for this is 30 minutes. This was a campus placement interview procedure.
