The hiring process is pretty simple even though there were many rounds.
Round 1 : Online aptitude test for 60 mins. There were questions on aptitude and data interpretation. Overall the questions were "tough". On par with the difficult questions from CAT.
Round 2 : 1 telephonic interview. He asked me about my present work, some basic puzzles and a few business cases. Easy round.
Round 3 : Technical round- Excel, SQL and some business problem solving. The problems were presented in the form of a case, expected to solve using Excel and SQL.
Easy round.
Round 4 : Puzzles, Business Cases, More oriented towards how you think and perceive a problem. Questions like "Why analytics? "
Round 5 : Manager round. He gave me 2 case studies. How would flipkart go about solving such a problem. Basically, the round was to check whether the candidate is able to identify all the metric and understand business aspects.
Round 6: Seemed to me just as a formality. Just an interaction with HR and he asked me about present job etc and told me that they would get back to me with the result in a few days time.
Overall the interviews were conducted very smoothly.
