First round was an Interview over call. Took 4 days to get back and scheduled a face to face interview. Was then scheduled for face to face interview process. Had 2 - 3 rounds interview split across 2 days and met team members, lead and Manager. Heard back from the team after 5 days with the interview feedback and offer discussion.

Round 1. Reporting manager round - where the hiring manager will interview your skills
Round 2. HR Round - Specifically by HRBP - tests your culture fit and problem solving and team dynamics ability
Round 3. Cross function Manager Round - Interview with Sr. Manager from a different team, to test your team dynamics. Usually involves to test your understanding around E-commerce in India, Start-ups and product based technology companies.
