Florida Solar Energy Center interview questions

3 months after online application i was called back by enthusiastic person who was not actually HR. An email was sent to my address detailing time and place as well as a requirement to download their software. I did not notice this download requirement specifically and it I believe it cost me the interview before I started. I did however look up their site and the information about their goals as I would any potential employer. The seating was awkwardly around a table in a way that I could not comfortably look at 3 interviewers. Interviewers were asking mostly personality questions being drawn from a copied set of worksheets. The interview length was about 45 minutes to an hour.
