What's the standard procedure to add a button to a c# desktop application?
It's always a bad sign when your interviewers seem nervous or on guard and that was definitely the case in my interview. In retrospect, I should have seen it as a sign of guilt for knowing full well that they were wasting my time. The compensation offered for the role was low, well below market rate for the work required for the role and my skillset and experience. They're now trying to hire an ERP Administrator which is fair enough if they've changed direction in terms of staff requirements for their project but that kind of decision should have been finalized before they started interviewing people for a role they never intended to fill. Definitely left a bad impression.
