    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Foley (Hartford, CT) in February 2017.

    Interview

My interview process with Foley was up front and honest, but still had a personable approach. My recruiter found me and was not afraid to talk salary and compensation plans early in the process. The process moved forward at a good rate, there were no curve balls along the way. I was impressed by the culture and professional yet fun office environment.

    Interview

It was the best experience I had in interviewing. First the phone interview. It was a combination of technical and a feeling of would I like to work with this person. They follow the book Traction where they look for characteristics in someone they want to hire. The in person interview was easy as well

    Customer Service Representative Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Foley (Hartford, CT) in July 2015.

    Interview

I applied for the job online and was contacted a few days later from a recruiter for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 35 minutes and she asked me the basic questions like about my experience. She asked about times where I've had a difficult time with a customer and how I handled it. She also asked if I ever had to meet a deadline or quota and how I handled that. After a few days she called me in for an in person interview with the customer service manager. This lasted about an hour and was very easy. The manager did most of the talking and I asked most of the questions. She just asked me about my experience and what I was looking for. The rest of the time she just told me about the job and what they were looking for.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Foley (Hartford, CT) in April 2015.

    Interview

Met recruiter at a local job fair, She was very attractive and early on it seemed like a good place to work. The office was very clean, amazing views of the city, and offered employees a great break area. There was three 1:1 interviews, the process appeared skewed. I was interviewed by two people my own age, not executive staff, just sales supervisors. All questions were based on situations. The basic idea is to pass all interviews because the recruiter said, we'll call you back in two days to meet with an upper manager. Right now, there still interviewing over 50 applicants for a job that pays $38,000 a year. Ridiculous!
