Applied online, got a phone call with an in-person interview time in a week. Interview took 10-15 minutes and was done by the manager of another store. Was offered the position later that day.
Very relaxed and informal. Went over position details and what was expected. Explained the nature of the job and location overall. Was very nice and comforting. Really not a bad experience overall.
