It's quite easy you hand your cv into a local branch and they get back to you in about a week then you have an interview which is about 30 minutes long and at the end of it they tell you wether you got the job or not
Straightforward process. I had a phone interview initially, asking why I wanted to work at Foot Locker and my experience.
The Group interview was also straightforward, they wanted to see how well I related with others in the interview.
Due colloqui, uno online e uno dal vivo. Colloquio conoscitivo senza troppe pretese. Chiedono cose molto in generale per capire che tipo di persona sei. Colloquio veloce e di facile gestione
Waited around 30 mins to be called in for interview and in the mean time, waited within the store. Brief, informal chat with manager about CV. For example previous work experience, hobbies, education and qualification. Asked a few questions testing my knowledge on sales etc. Never got a response letting me know how the interview went.
