I applied online at Sneakerjobs.com at the end of May. I didn't receive a call for a scheduled date for an interview until the third week of July, so almost 2 months after applying. My interview was scheduled the day after I got the call.
The manager was nice, she talked a little bit about herself before interviewing me. It went well, and it went by quick for what was a 15 minute interview.
Key points that I took away from the interview that she pointed out was that I was communicating with her. Don't just respond to the questions conversating after is good, be a little indepth in responses (you're basically selling yourself to be the one they offer the job to) . Noted that I had positive energy. Smile a little, sound interested in the conversation.
You apply online. Then they call you on the phone ask a few questions then set up a in person interview. Question are easy and are different from each location.

Asked basic questions about my experience, where I see myself in 5 years, describe myself I. 3 words, the meaning of integrity and then they go for a second interview where it’s one on one and ask further questions.

Interview
I had one interview in one location. Then I was called by the assistant manager from another location. It was one phone interview and one in-person interview at their other location. Not too long later I was hired.
