A brief phone call with HR did not question my ability, but after the call, they decided my skills did not align, even though there was no in-depth questioning of my skills. When I asked the reasoning, they did not reply.

The HR support was good, it was a bit more on the hiring manager. Slow response, indicate a procedure then decide to change. Indicate will give a feedback after a few day, I had to request for feedback twice only got information after +2 weeks.
