Force Management interview questions

I was warned by 3 colleagues not to interview with Force Management. The culture was not a place I would want to live in. Went through 4 interviews and a personality assessment. Was told I would then have an interview with the "CRO". From that point they ghosted me. No answer to emails or text. Not convinced the job posting is even realistic. Seems to be a posting to look for bench talent should they need it in the future. It was a total waste of time. Water under the bridge. I now work for one of their competitors.
