The application was lengthy. A lot of scenario questions from the get go. Should have been a red flag. Then they ask you provide more written work after the interview.

Scenario: A team member approaches you about their frustration at work, specifically about a culturally inappropriate comment shared in a public setting by a peer. Their manager is on vacation and the HR Generalist is on parental leave. What do you do?
This company is such a scam, no wonder they have terrible reviews. I regret not heeding the warnings written here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They'll ask you to do hours long assignments/presentations for a job you're overqualified for and that they're paying below market rates for. They will scam free work out of you.

You’ve been asked to prepare a set of recommendations for improving remote team collaboration and culture-building. Please share a PDF that outlines your research, recommendations, and reasoning. Draft a team-wide memo explaining that we are moving away from Unlimited PTO and that we will begin offering 3-weeks of PTO starting in 2024. In this scenario, let's say the average number of PTO days taken per individual for the last two years has been 12 business days. Please include this draft directly in your email back to us.
I had a single Zoom interview that seemed to go well, and following that I experienced radio silence - despite reaching out several times to follow up.
Unfortunately, Forem, like all too many companies these days, prefers to ghost candidates rather than give them the dignity of a rejection email.
If you're interviewing at Forem yourself, don't be discouraged if they don't get back to you. After all, it's nothing personal; ghosting is just the way they do business.
