Brief introduction phone call and then an hour long video interview. Mostly conversational with questions pertaining to character, culture, and work ethic. Not too much stress on previous work experiences or intricacies of the role

How has playing a collegiate sport help to build character?
Very straightforward, asked about you overall to try and get to know you as a person. The interviewers were easy to speak to. Use Glassdoor to prepare, it was super helpful.
The overall process was 4 stages with a final in-person interview.
The interviewers were friendly and open about all the possible opportunities at Fortitude Systems. I was interviewed by all former student-athletes other than one round.

Super flaky... didn't follow up after the call. Sounded super interested at first, scheduling two calls that didn't really make a ton of sense. Left the second interview confused, feeling misled and like it was simply a waste of time.

They didn't really ask anything valuable, the interviewer mostly just talked about himself the whole time.
