I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems (Denver, CO) in Aug 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIN and I went through an initial screening with the recruiter and then another virtual interview with a higher up. They then flew me out to Denver, CO for an in person interview. It was. a large group interview with almost 10 individual interview's throughout the day. They paid for everything through reimbursement. I had to reach out to them to find out they weren't going to offer me the job. Cool experience though. Kind of gave fraternity vibes.

The interview was not conventional as it was conversation-based. It consisted of going out to meals and speaking with various people in the company. They want to get to know the interviewee better to see if it would be a good fit for both sides. A lot of the conversations centered around personal experiences and shared interests.

A couple conversations at first to get to know me, then flew me out to the Chicago office. Didn't know I was going to have a roommate until the day before, but the flight and hotel were paid for.
