Fosdick & Hilmer interview questions

I was led into a conference room where the head of the software department asked me a few questions about my previous development positions and activities outside of work. It was very laid back and informal, and lasted about 45 minutes. After the initial introductions I didn't feel nervous at all; it was more having a conversation with the interviewer than having an actual interview. I can't remember there being any real technical portion of the interview, beyond being asked about what classes I've taken and the programming languages I know.
