It was bad experience with Fossil india. Interview last for 30 min out of which half the time interviewer was on phone and not paying attention. Didn't asked any reverent questions.

The manager conducted a structured interview emphasizing technical management competencies. Throughout the 30-minute session, the manager remained professional, attentive, and engaged, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and leadership awareness. They were also friendly and pleasant.

I was a frequent customer and after seeing my favorite retail store struggle, I was happy to step in as an entry level manager. I had been in management positions before and knew this would likely be easy. Having rapport with the store manager over the years he knew what to expect of me and just wanted a clear outline of what I had brought to the table was the basis for the interview.
Interviewing with the DM was pleasant. She was up beat and had a lot of enthusiasm
