I applied online for a remote position and received an invite to a phone-screening with a recruiter less than a week later. The call was about 20 minutes long. She was straight to the point but kind. She asked me a few STAR method questions. Later that day I received an invite for a teams video interview. I interviewed with the manager of that department who was very friendly and professional. He asked me about my work experience and how it relates to the role I am applying for. He asked a series of STAR method questions once again, which I'll admit is not my strong suit. If you are great at answering situational questions on the spot, then the interview process will be a breeze for you. It's unfortunate for me because I genuinely felt like this was a great opportunity to be apart of an amazing company.
