Interview process was standard small business .. different waves of teams. I met with the working team and different levels of management. They informed me of what they were looking for and what they expected. The interview was too incredibly difficult. It seemed more like a personality interview then technical.

Generic phone interview with the office manager and multiple follow-up interviews. Process included interviews with a representative from all departments. Different styles of interview and focus. Final interview with company leadership.
