Interview
Interview process comprised of 4 rounds which is usually a classic case. 1st Round was Aptitude Round. Sadly, I was eliminated in the 1st Round itself. Much more shocking thing to me was that I am the kind of guy who actually prepared for CAT and got around 60 %ile in CAT and if I was not shortlisted that means their Aptitude Test is above average level. One more thing I would like to add here is that I am not able to gasp this fact that if I did attempt almost 80% of all the questions with 90% accuracy, then how in the world I was not shortlisted. Anyways HR was nice, atleast he mailed me afterwards of not getting selected which is better than most companies.
Advice to Management:
From next time, please give sufficient time for aptitude test preparation. I had aptitude test the next day after I got a mail of resume shortlisting.

First round was Online Aptitude Test conducted through online proctored test by mettl .
Second round was F2F interview at Fractal Analytics Mumbai on 21st Dec 2017 , it lasts for more than one hour.
I was asked to leave after the second round but it was scheduled for 2 rounds , don't know why they haven't explored further

Ok , Let's have some problem . There are 3 ants on an equilateral triangle and they can move in either direction , what is the probability that they will never intersect and what is the probability that any two of them will intersect.
Ok Suppose My Daughter said to me that in 2016 , her age is same as the last two digits of her birthday year and then her Grandfather came into the room and he also said the same thing that his age is also the same as last two digits of his birthday year. Find out what is age of Daughter and her Grandfather
Ok , very well Let's do a case study , he made a graph on which one company suppose Xiaomi sales are increasing year on year but market share is not increasing , tell me the what are the possible reasons for it .

He seems to be convinced with the interaction but Every company has different policy to look into the candidate , some companies looks for absolutely perfect.
