First a Telephone Interview after about 10 days with the later Supervisor. Then in person with the later Supervisor. Very relaxed atmosphere. No HR people involved in Interview. No mean questions or anything negative to mention. Afterwards I got immediately a job offer which I took. The Pay was not negotiable.
