Very short, easy, straight forward. First it was a phone call, and then I had a group interview with 4 other people applying for the role. 2 of us got it.
Straightforward interview process - applied online, got a call back and chatted with the manager in-store. Mostly asked questions about my previous experience and also went through the store's structure

Interview was very informative about the company’s culture & vision. I mainly was asked questions about my experience & passions - we discussed potential growth in the company as well. Key is to be excited, authentic and really showcase your vibe & interest in fashion!
