Freed Associates interview questions

Met with 11+ consultants to discuss the role, expectations, etc. It went well for all interviews with the consultants as I kept moving through the process. Even though the consultants thought I would be a good fit, it could change with the CEO. It made me feel the CEO may not trust the input and opinion of her team. They should look at how to streamline the proess so it is not so taxing on applicants.

It was well scheduled and arranged. Interviewed by current consultants and a few directors. I struggled for a long time before deciding to write this review. Though the company does appear to have good reputation in the industry, I found some of the staff they hired (esp those whom worked less than 5 years in the company) are less competent. I even found one that appeared to be sexist and very rude. From an industrial insider's point of view, that person is also lacking the up-to-date knowledge of the field. Because of this observation, I decided that this company does not worth my energy and devotion. It is not because they didn't give me any offer. I moved on to a better and greater company that show respect to their applicants and selected candidates.
